Pantingan Peak Dayhike

This peak is one to the most prominent peaks within Mariveles and became the venue for my last training climb before Mt. Matalingajan.

Reaching the jump off can be a hassle if you do not have a private vehicle. From Manila, ride a bus going to Balanga, Bataan then ride another bus going to Bagac.  

As far as I can remember, scheduled first trip for buses going to Bagac is around 5:00am and reaching Bagac Frienship Tower will consume for about 2hours travel. 

Then a hired tricycle is needed to reach the Jumpoff, “Gabon” Sitio Duhatan, Brgy. Saysain.
